Grand Supreme Queen
This is our ultimate winner. She will receive a $2500 CASH, a beautiful pink ice crystal crown, a gorgeous pink fur trimmed robe, a scepter, a custom banner, and gifts. Based on beauty and your two highest optionals.

Grand Talent Supreme
This is our overall grand talent winner. She will receive a $1500 CASH, a beautiful pink ice crown, a fur trimmed pink robe, and a gorgeous custom banner. Only talent scores go into this award. We believe talent if a gift, and should be showcased. A divisional supreme talent will also be awarded in each age group. Divisional talent will receive a satin banner and a tiara. 

Fairest Face Supreme
This is an optional event not included in the supreme package. Taken solely from your facial beauty scores throughout the pageant. Winner will receive a $1000 CASH, a gorgeous crown, satin banner, a beautiful fur trimmed robe, and more!

Fairytale Supreme
This is our overall fairytale wear winner. She will receive a $1000 CASH, a beautiful pink ice crown, a fur trimmed pink robe, and a gorgeous custom banner. Only fairytale wear scores go into this award.

Mini Supreme Queen
Four awards (0-3,4-8,9-12, 13 and up) Four lovely ladies will be named mini supreme queens. They will receive a $750 CASH, a gorgeous pink ice crown, a beautiful custom banner, and more. Based on beauty scores and your two highest scoring optional events.

Novice Supreme Queen
Three awards (0-5, 6-10, 11/up) Three lovely ladies will be named Novice Supreme Queens. You must never have won more than $1000 at any pageant within the last three years. They will receive a $300 CASH, a beautiful pink ice crown, and a gorgeous custom banner. Based on beauty scores, and your two highest scoring optional events.  You will be asked to sign a form confirming your eligibility.

Beauty Supreme Queen
Three awards (0-5, 6-10, 11/up) Three lovely ladies will be named Beauty Supreme Queens. This is based solely off your facial beauty scores throughout the pageant. Winners will receive a $250 CASH, a beautiful pink ice crown, and a gorgeous custom banner.

Regal Princess Beauty
Three awards (0-5, 6-10, 11/up) Three lovely ladies will be named Regal Princess Beauty. This is based solely on the top total scores in the beauty event. Winners will receive a $200 CASH, a beautiful pink ice crown, and a gorgeous custom banner.

Overall Winners
Overalls will be based on the highest scores in natural photogenic, Personality, interview, Print Model, Most Beautiful, and casual wear. One winner from each event will be chosen as the overall winner for that category. We do not double crown these events. The winner receives $120 CASH, a beautiful pink ice crown, and a gorgeous custom banner.  These awards are NOT double crowned they are titles.

Divisional Supreme Queens
One winner from each age division will be chosen. Winners will receive a $50 CASH, a beautiful pink ice crown, and a gorgeous custom banner. Based on beauty scores, and your two highest scoring optional events.

Divisional Supreme Beauty
One winner from each age division will receive a beautiful pink ice crown and a gorgeous custom banner. Based solely on facial beauty scores.

Divisional Prelim Princess
You are eligible for this title if you participate in a prelim. One winner from each age division will receive a beautiful pink ice crown and a gorgeous banner! 

Optional Events
Fairytale wear, casual wear, natural photogenic, interview, natural beauty, or print model.

Age Divisions
Girls 0-11 months, 12-23 months, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-15, 16-20, 21-Up
Age as of 7/1/2013

Event Approach:
You may compete natural or toned down glitz in any of our events. Styled hair is allowed throughout every event. 0-9 should have a fresh natural look. Light blush, light lip gloss, and soft mascara is allowed for stage.  For 10/up ~ Think “Miss Teen” make up should be done to accentuate your beautiful features. Remember we are judging on facial beauty, personality, and stage presence only. NO FLIPPERS. We want a very toned down naturally fresh and sweet look. Hair pieces are allowed if they look natural (in other words make them soft and make them blend). Light tans are allowed.  Age appropriate clothing please. No heavy glitz clothing please some beading and stones are fine.

Formal Beauty:
Dress in something that flatters you as an individual. This can be a flower girl dress, Sunday best, or face pageant dress. You will not be judged on attire or modeling. The dress may be short, long, or tea length.  We judge on facial beauty, personality, and stage presence.

Natural Beauty:
You will be judged by a different set of judges than interview. Please keep your makeup very light. Please wear interview attire. You will go to the first X and smile at the judges until they nod at you. Please stress to your children that they are NOT doing a full beauty routine. We will not count off, but please let them know ahead of time what this event consists of. They will be judging on your natural appeal, facial beauty, and smile. This can count as a highest optional score. It will also factor into Regal Princess Beauty.

Fairytale Wear:
Get Creative! This can be from your favorite fairytale, storybook, or cartoon character. You may also do your own fairytale character so anything goes. You are able to bring props and use your own music. Although don’t let your prop take away from your natural beauty. Your imagination is the limit. The two highest scoring optional events will be used in your final score. You may do them all, or choose just two. This does not have to be a “fairy” just a fairytale character or storybook type character.

Casual wear:
This can be a custom or off the rack casual-wear. Pick an outfit that fits your personality, and looks good on you. There are no attire scores. No pro-am routines please, but modeling routines are fine. We will provide your music. The two highest scoring optional events will be used in your final score. You may do them all, or choose just two.


Photogenic:
(Natural and print model) Photos are not required to win this pageant, but they are an optional event. Please submit either an 8*10, or 8*11.5 photo in a protective cover at registration. Only one photo is needed, but you may submit up to ten additional photos. Black and white, and color are acceptable. Only your one highest photo score counts towards grand supreme.  NO glitz photos. Natural photo is a headshot. Print model is a ¾ or full body shot. 10 natural head shots are included in your package.

Interview:
This is an optional event, but an important event. This is a chance for the judges to see you up close. Our judges are trained to interact with the contestants and not intimidate. They will be asking age appropriate questions and looking for a great personality.
3 /under will have "play time" with the judges so they can interact with them. Please wear denim, khaki, or white bottoms with a solid pink T-Shirt (yes a T-Shirt). Natural beauties are requested for this event. Very very light make up, please.
Styled hair is fine but keep it simple. 

Line up:
 There will be no line up in our events. We believe that each child should be judged on an individual basis. Although, your number in your age line up will be determined as to when your deposit is received. First in, last out unless requested otherwise.

Registration:
Please bring a box of Crayola colors and one coloring book to registration or a bag of dog food. The coloring books will be used for Emily’s Smile Boxes and the dog food donated to the local pet shelter..

Please have all your photos labeled and ready to go at registration. Please bring two small gifts unwrapped and that fit your age group.

Be the first girl the judge’s see by entering our POSTER contests listed below. You may win all three categories.  These are submitted PRIOR to the pageant.

Poster Queen:
Winner of our poster contest will win $100 cash, a beautiful crown, and a satin banner. Please submit a natural headshot, $40 for the first photo, $10 each additional, or $75 for 5 photos.  Double crowned event.

Fairytale Poster Queen:
Submit your favorite  fairytale photo. Winner will receive $100 cash, a beautiful crown, and a satin banner. $40 for the first photo, $10 for each additional, or $75 for 5 photo's. Photoshop is fine for this event. Double crowned event/

Print Model Poster Queen:
Submit your best print model for our poster queen. Winner will receive $100 cash, a beautiful crown, and a satin banner. . $40 for the first photo, $10 for each additional, or $75 for 5 photo's.  Double crowned event.

Enter all three-poster categories with unlimited photos for $125 total. Email photo's and pay-pal to therglprincesspageant@yahoo.com by 7/20/13. These will be displayed at registration.

Sibling discount:
 If one enters the full supreme price package the next child enters the supreme package for 1/2 price

Referral Discount:
Refer FIVE people there were not signed up to compete and you can enter the $495 package for free. .

Good Luck Wishes:
 You may sell $5 good luck wishes if you wish.  100% of everything sold will go towards your fees.  Email the director for a form or you may make up your own form.

Crowning:
 You may wear normal casualwear attire, a princess costume, or your interview outfit.

Sunday morning fairytale crowning Banquet:
This is a mandatory event; Join us for an amazing experience at our fairytale breakfast. We will have a wonderful sit down meal and beautiful treats for all the girls. Every family member must purchase a ticket for breakfast. We have over flow seating without meals for vendors and staff, but that is very limited.

Emily’s Smile Boxes Scholarship Program
In 2009 Emily Lites, the director’s daughter started the non-profit charity Emily’s Smile Boxes. After her brother suffered a stroke she found the hours she spent with him in the hospital to be boring and sad. She decided to fill boxes full of fun items for the patients and their siblings. To date she has passed out almost 5000 boxes. To encourage other children to become actively involved with their community we are giving away a $500 Emily’s Smile Boxes Scholarship. This lucky winner will also receive a satin banner, a beautiful Miss America type crown, and national marketing exposure all year. Please submit pictures or a video of your work. Due by 7/20/2013

Deadline to reserve hotel rooms will be 7/15/2013.  After this date rooms cannot be guaranteed. This hotel has been wonderful to us! You must have a key to go up and down the elevator thus helping keep your children safe. The grounds host gazebos, fountains and more for wonderful pictures. Photographers LOVE this place.  Bring along daddy and let him play a round of golf at their amazing golf course. Our room rate is a low $89 a night. This hotel books up very quickly as it sits across from Texas Motor Speedway so please reserve your room as soon as you can. Normal room rates are $229 a night so please book early! Hotel is 20 minutes from DFW airport and 40 minutes from Love Field.

1. No bad sportsmanship will be tolerated. We will ask you to leave the ballroom and not to compete
again. Please remember that we put hard work into this pageant so you and your child can spend
quality time together.
2. We reserve the right to pro-rate with less than 50 children. Although we have never had to prorate
and don’t plan to start.
3. Your entry is not complete without a deposit and a complete mailing address
4. Door supreme titles will be announced two weeks prior to the pageant date. A postcard will be
mailed to reach contestant with this information
5. Bonds will be given in cash equivalent
6. We are not responsible for thefts, injuries, or liabilities
7. Cash only at the door. Deposits not used will be applied to next year. No refunds.
8. A receipt is available after the pageant upon request
9. Score sheets will be handed out after crowning. Please do not ask for your score sheets or pictures
during crowning
10. Please do not ask how many are in your group. This could lead to false information since people
drop and enter. If you ask we will say that information is unavailable at this time.
11. If you win a crown please stay for pictures
12. We reserve the right to use pictures for future advertisements
13. 1 1/2 minute time limit on stage except talent. There is no time limit for talent.
14. Please only send a $200 initial deposit through paypal. If any paypal is disputed after the director
hosted the pageant and followed the paperwork legal action will be taken.
15. Please turn all photo’s in prior to the end of registration.
16. No camera’s or video equipment is allowed in the ballroom. This interferes with the professional
photographers lighting.
17. You may compete your age as of 7/1/2013.
18. You may bump up an age group if you wish.
19. Only those that attended a prelim or Big Candy Pageant are eligible for divisional Prelim Princess.
20. Door admission is $5. Please wear your arm band at all times. This helps keep our customers
safe.
21. We do not double crown expect for cover models and divisional talent.
22. Please listen to the director and not rumors in regards to this system.
23. 2012 Grand Supreme, Fairest Face, Fairytale Supreme, Mini Supremes, and Talent Supreme may
not recompete.
24. Everyone is welcome at our pageant.
